1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Timeframe:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Kindly mention your Order ID and registered email/phone number while requesting cancellation.

• Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, no cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 24 hours.

2. Order Cancellation by Kushi Designers

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

• Unavailability of the product.

• Payment not received/transaction declined.

• Technical error in pricing or product details.

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email/phone, and a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

3. Important Notes

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped; in such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
