At Kushi Sarees and Designers, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms before submitting a request.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
A cancellation will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Refund
If your cancellation request is approved, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
The actual time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Kushi Sarees and Designers reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, technical errors or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. In such cases, any amount already paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
